Do truth.
Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
How?
Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
How?
Joh 3:10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
Joh 3:11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
Joh 3:12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
How?
Joh 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
Joh 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
Joh 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Joh 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Joh 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
Joh 3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Truly Jesus speaks from the heart and tries to explain, but in explaining He comes right out and tells us that to believe we must believe, to want understanding, we must do truth.
Do truth.
Jesus says- 'He that doeth truth…'
Doing truth.
To do truth- you must know truth, and Jesus speaks nothing but the truth.
When we LIVE the truth, then we are given understanding. Our actions are manifested as being truth, and truth is wrought in God!
Living truth.
Jesus said this- 'If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?'
Believing. We want to know the answers but when they are given to us we refuse to believe them.
If we are evil we do not want to hear the truth, we do not want understanding, we do not want to believe, not really. We'd much rather live as we please than be told our actions are not of truth, not of Christ.
To come to Christ, to come to the truth, to come to the light is to comprehend that every single act we commit is either done in truth, or done to be reproved. There is NO middle ground!
We strive for that middle ground, that place where we can coast by without feeling too guilty about our lives. We don't want to live our lives constantly being reproved but we are at a loss as to live our lives without doing things that are contrary to the truth that our Savior gives to us.
Again- Paul sums it up incredibly well-
Rom 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
Rom 7:15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.
Rom 7:16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.
Rom 7:17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
Rom 7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
Rom 7:19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
Rom 7:20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
Rom 7:21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
Rom 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
Rom 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
Rom 7:24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
Rom 7:25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
Beautifully summed up isn't it? Who of us hasn't felt this way?
We need to truly THANK GOD THROUGH JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD.
We can serve the law of God with our minds, even when our bodies are prone to sin.
Mind and body.
Let's see what the Bible has to say about our thinking-
1Pe 4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
1Pe 4:13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
Think - it not strange.
Php_4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Think- on these things.
Gal 6:3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
Gal 6:4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
Think- himself to be something when he is nothing.
2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
2Co 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
2Co 10:6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
2Co 10:7 Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ's, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ's, even so are we Christ's.
Bringing every THOUGHT to the obedience of Christ.
Think- that as he is Christ's- even so are we Christ's.
2Co 3:5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;
Not…think- any thing as of our ourselves
Think… our sufficiency is of God.
1Co_8:2 And if any man think that he knoweth any thing, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know.
Think- he knows, he knows nothing.
Rom_12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Think- not highly of ourselves.
Think- soberly.
Joh_5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
You think- you have eternal life
Mat_5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Think not- that I come to destroy the law.

We can serve the law of God with our minds, even when our bodies are prone to sin.
Mind and body.
Thinking.
Clearly the Bible has instructions on our thinking, yes?
Do we listen to God's word? Do we listen? Do we obey the truth we are given?
Our minds and body are at war, our flesh and our spirit are at war, is it any wonder that our Savior speaks as He does to us?
He tells us that we don't want the truth if we want our flesh nature to rule us, we prefer darkness rather than light. We'd rather have no knowledge than have knowledge that will cause us to comprehend our own self worth, and in comprehending know that we are NOTHING without God, without our Savior.
More tomorrow by the grace of our Lord.
We need LIGHT. We need TRUTH. We need to BELIEVE. We need JESUS CHRIST OUR SAVIOR!
Please LORD, bring us closer to YOU, give us truth, give us light, we would KNOW YOU and have YOU KNOW US!
We want to be born again, we want our spirit to be born in You.
