The wicked will not
triumph. Our world is so filled with violence and wickedness, and it has been
since sinned entered. Cain slew Abel and he didn't need a gun to do so. Evil
inside of people will cause them to commit evil atrocities in any form they can.
Bombs, guns, weapons that can cause mass harm are awful. Yet because they exist
how do we take them from people? If we can't take them from all people, how can
we take them from some? If we can't do away with all the weapons- then evil
will find a way to get them. Am I an advocate for gun control? No, not really
because we can't keep them from the evil who would break laws to get their
weapons. Honestly, me personally, I do not believe in having a gun. I do not
want to kill even in order to protect myself or my loved ones. Why? Just
because that is how I believe, how I feel. I hope I'm not tested on this, by
the grace of God I never will be.
I know that God will
avenge any evil done, and all those who are un-repentant of their evil will be
destroyed into non-existence. I have to trust that my God knows that the evil
will not triumph. There will be no evil in eternity, none.
Truly we can't live
as if this is our world, the world we belong to, because it isn't. This evil world is far from the world we were
intended to have. We will one day, all by the grace and mercy of our Savior,
Jesus Christ be in our new world, the world intended, the world without evil.

Psa 94:1 O
LORD God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew
thyself.
Psa 94:2 Lift
up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.
Psa 94:3 LORD,
how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
Psa 94:4 How
long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity
boast themselves?
Psa 94:5 They
break in pieces thy people, O LORD, and afflict thine heritage.
Psa 94:6 They
slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
Psa 94:7 Yet
they say, The LORD shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard
it.
Psa 94:8
Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be
wise?
Psa 94:9 He
that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not
see?
Psa 94:10 He
that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man
knowledge, shall not he know?
Psa 94:11 The
LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.
Psa 94:12
Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy
law;
Psa 94:13 That
thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged
for the wicked.
Psa 94:14 For
the LORD will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his
inheritance.
Psa 94:15 But
judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall
follow it.
Psa 94:16 Who
will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against
the workers of iniquity?
Psa 94:17
Unless the LORD had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.
Psa 94:18 When
I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.
Psa 94:19 In
the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
Psa 94:20
Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief
by a law?
Psa 94:21 They
gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the
innocent blood.
Psa 94:22 But
the LORD is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge.
Psa 94:23 And
he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their
own wickedness; yea, the LORD our God shall cut them off.
